Broken Rainbow UK is currently recruiting for:

* Helpline Sessional Workers

We are recruiting Sessional staff to provide support to callers on our helpline during specific hours. You will have telephone helpline experience, ideally within an LGBT and/or DV setting. Sessionals will also be required to use social media including responding to helpline related sms/emails.

Sessional rates: £14 - £18 p/h depending on experience and qualifications.

Contract: self-employed. Monthly payment upon invoice.

Telephone interviews will be offered to successful applicants by email to take place on Thursday 28 July from 10am onward.

Induction and training will take place on: Wed 3 Aug 6pm-9pm and Saturday 6 Aug 10.30am-5pm

This will be followed by a formal 1 hour assessment (tba)
